Refund Policy

Our products are tested and guaranteed to work.  In the event your product does not work, we will, at our discretion, request a video of the product in use before determining if a refund is warranted.  If the item is defective we may request the item be returned for further examination to determine what caused the failure.  Upon return of the item we will issue a refund of the cost of the item.  Refunds are only available for defective items.  Due to the nature of our business, the low cost of items we sell and high price of shipping today we do not offer returns.  Please be aware of this before purchasing items from our site.  Your purchase of our items represents a contract between you and Seat Belt Chime Stopper.  Any attempts to charge back a purchase for any reason other than a failure of Seat Belt Chime Stopper to properly process a defective item refund will be considered a violation of the contract and used as evidence for the denial of said chargeback attempt.  Purchasing our products constitutes agreement to our policies.
