Shipping Policy
How we ship products
All of our items are shipped with the most efficient and cost effective method for the cost to ship to you. Some items will be sent using USPS and other via UPS. Free shipping or low cost shipping will use USPS Ground Advantage. Upgraded or Expedited shipping will use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We reserve the right to change shipping methods as needed to expedite your products arrival to you.
Shipping times
While we make every effort to ship items within 24 business hours of order, sales volumes can make that impossible at times. In those cases, items will be shipped as quickly as possible as inventory is available to meet demand. Once we have shipped your item we are no longer in control of said item. In the event that an item is lost or damaged in shipping, we will at our discretion replace or repair the item. In cases of damaged shipments you may be required to provide photos of the packaging and items or be required to return the damaged shipment for claims purposes. In some cases a shipping partner representative may need to inspect the damaged item in your possession. In these cases you agree to make the item available at a specific time and location suitable to the shipping partner.
International Shipping
